PRESENTATION

For more than forty years on the Business ; the Family has been working and mixinj skills and innovation to their home made kitchen.. Nowadays, Beko-Errota has developped into a referee for big celebretions and meetings on the region.

At the beginning of the eighties, "an old water mill" till now, a continues modernitation is taking place both in the meals preparations and implementation a well as on the arcbitectonical and basic products enlargement and production. That is tos say: a new line of personal home-made wine , table oils, cider, and "Txinpart" . For this reason, they are building a new and modern wine cellar with tV actual idea of preparing an exclusive transformations line for their broths. Beko Errota presents a 750 persons accommodation space distributed in five different saloons .

HISTORY

The first documents that say something about beko errota take us to the year 1509 (historic archive of fuenterrabia).

Originally Beko errota country house was a mill in which they used to grind with a pair of stones, producing 700 bushels and 28 of wheat yearly, being able to reach 2000 bushels of corn and so many of wheat.

Nowadays, there are no remains of that mill which was burnt at the first years of this century, although they are thinking on rebuilding it. In our pawn of making beko errota a hospitable and evoking place, we have decided to place a traditional fishing boat in our fields.

Today, the boat is being transformed into an artisan fishing museum, further than being doing a harvest to obtain our own wine , a well as cider and oil.
