Txinpart: Made by hand with our own vineyards Chardoney (1ha).

Oil: exclusivity. From our careful olive (3HA) from three varieties: Picual, Arbequina and Arroniz.

Cider: From our apple juice (3HA) and 16 varieties of apple.
